Coaching and Training
Provides training to new team members on content writing, editing and proofreading, and brand style guidelines. Thrives on working with others and encouraging them to be better versions of themselves. Creates courses on topics like personal branding, leadership, blogging, motivation, and personal finance.
Content Management
Responsible for maintaining all content on Social Security Administration blog and my own websites. Effectively uses data analytics to determine which content most resonates with target audience(s). Writes and edits blog articles written by myself and team. Manages a team of contributing writers.
Social Media Management
Produces social media content for Social Security, my own websites, and even the church I\’m helping to grow. Utilizes the bite/snack/meal concept to meet potential users where they are and encourage them to consume the content. Works with social media team to determine which posts drive the highest engagement and includes these as part of content planning.
